The paedophile smell of same-sex 'marriage' in The Netherlands

Judge, homosexual activist and sexual suspect. Top lawyer Jan Wolter Wabeke (born 1948) manages to unite all these qualifications in his person. On his own website Wabeke calls himself no less than the "architect" of "same-sex marriage" in Holland. As a "director" from behind the scenes - he is, after all, a judge - he took care of the realization of it. Noteworthy that a 'top lawyer' and judge uses sneaky strategies to get things done in politics and afterwards comes out to get the 'honor'.

Suspicions not lifted

He will be less proud of his status as a sexual suspect. Wabeke owes this to the so called ‘Rolodex investigation’. In the late nineties this controversial police investigation in The Netherlands focused on senior civil servants, who were suspected of paedophilia. Wabeke, then Chief Public Prosecutor in Breda, was one of them. As can be expected in an organization that has to investigate itself, there was an internal leak, so the investigation broke down and had to be called off. The suspicions against Wabeke were therefore not substantiated, but not lifted neither. So formally, Wabeke continues to be a sexual suspect, says lawyer Ton Hofstede on his blog.

Pedo network

The Rolodex investigation is named after the rolodex, the system of address cards of professor Ger van Roon (1933-2014). Van Roon was professor of modern history at the Free University of Amsterdam. He was allegedly the Amsterdam pivot in a pedo network, which organized sex parties for prominent people in his apartment. His rolodex contained the names and telephone numbers, which werethe starting point for the research of the same name.

Joris Demmink

The suspicions against Wabeke have not damaged his career. He is already a high judge at the court in The Hague, when his name reappears in 2014 in connection with paedophilia suspicions. But this time it is not in the first place about him. Now Joris Demmink is central, the much-discussed Secretary-General of Justice, the highest civil servant at the ministry of Justice. The foundation De Roestige Spijker is trying to clarify the persistent paedophilia allegations and testimonies that have been circulating against Demmink for decades. The foundation succeeded in 2014 to have former police detectives and justice officers testify about this in a preliminary witness examination. The Rolodex investigation is also discussed. They (the police detectives Broersma, De Koter and Hoek) confirm (under oath!) that not only Demmink, but also Wabeke was one of the suspects of the Rolodex investigation.

Henk Krol

Demmink comes into the picture again, when we take a closer look at Wabeke's involvement in pushing 'same-sex marriage' through in The Netherlands. We have to go back to the end of the last millennium. Wabeke then lives as a homosexual with his friend photographer Jan Swinkels in Best, in the South of the country. According to the newspaper Algemeen Dagblad they organize dinners in their converted Brabant farm "where acquaintances from the judiciary come together with Swinkels' connections from the entrepreneurial and the theater world. "Also, local comrade Henk Krol is a regular visitor. With the publicity-friendly editor-in-chief of Gaykrant, the national newspaper for homosexuals, Wabeke formed "an ad hoc coalition" in the late 1980s to get same-sex 'marriage' through. Through them, the Netherlands in 2001 becomes the first country in which people of the same sex can 'marry'.

Demmink's boyfriend

But Henk Krol, now a politician and chairman of the political party 50PLUS in the House of Representatives, says even more during the preliminary witness examination in Utrecht (see YouTube): when they formed their coalition Wabeke had shown him a videotape with homosexual porn, which he had received from Demmink as a gift. The reason: the leading role in that porn movie is played by Demmink's long-term young boyfriend, the Czech actor Libor Ctvrtlík. Holland's highest judicial officer - now retired - was proud of that. "The title was Das f *** ende Klassenzimmer ('The f***ing Class Room')", Krol remembered. "I do not know if they were underage boys. But his boyfriend was young, the children in the classroom even younger." Krol's words entail that Wabeke intended to share that video with him and pass it on.

Promotional gift

The photos from the film on the internet leave little doubt that the film has an unequivocal pedophile nature: it is about homosexual acts with adolescent schoolboys.Let this sink in: as a promotional gift, the highest civil servant of the Dutch ministry of Justice gives a video with child pornography, in which his homosexual friend plays the leading role, to a judge of the court of The Hague, who is formally a sexual suspect, and who is also in favour of and the secretive 'architect' of 'same-sex marriage'. It happens in The Netherland as if it is all the most normal thing in the world. Is the passing on of child pornography not punishable? In any case, it raises the question what kind of people are in charge in The Netherlands, and what kind of people govern and judge the Dutch.

Abuse of underage boys

After the announcement of the statements under oath about the paedophilia suspicions against Jan Wolter Wabeke, the board of the Court of Appeal in The Hague was forced to issue a press statement: "According to a witness - the board understands from the media - the police had in 1997 indications that three chief public prosecutors (including Mr. Wabeke) were involved in the sexual abuse of underage boys ". After which the Court announced a full investigation into their own judge, mr. Wabeke? Not at all. The Court of Appeal in The Hague continued: "The mere fact that a negative statement about a member of the judiciary comes into the public domain cannot be a reason to question his position."

Spreading child pornography

Note how a permanent, concrete, official police suspicion of a serious crime, committed by a member of the judiciary against whom an investigation has been started, is spun into "a negative statement". What about the distribution of child pornography by Wabeke, which Henk Krol testifies under oath? Should not that be investigated? Apparently you can get away with this as a member of the judiciary, because, according to the Court of Appeal in The Hague, it is better not to react to these things "otherwise any member of the judiciary could become open game".

Paedophile smell

As if Wabeke has not become open game, now the witness statements have remained unchallenged. As if every day detectives make statements under oath about serious suspicions and testify about a strangely aborted investigation against a judge. As if passing on homosexual child pornography to friends is normal business for judges. Wabeke himself chose not to comment at all. The homosexual activist, "architect" of "same-sex marriages" in The Netherlands, top judge and sexual suspect, who, on his website, calls himself an "experienced, versatile toplawyer" and "famous Dutchman", is silent for a moment. But he has not denied anything either. So certainly for the time being, the paedophile smell of same-sex 'marriage' will not blow away.
